YUM! Fried ravioli.... courtesy of Giada!
I made Giada's fried ravioli for lunch and YUM! I had never tried it before but it was delish!
You just need...
-package of refridgerated bite-sized ravioli (appx 24)
-1 cup buttermilk
-2 cups italian style breadcrumbs
-olive oil for frying
(optional: parmesan cheese and marinara sauce)
--heat 2 inches of olive oil in frying pan.
--pour buttermilk and breadcrumbs into two separate shallow bowls.
--put ravioli into buttermilk, then cover in breadcrumbs
--fry until golden brown!

i went to a rstaurant years ago that did this & its delicious,, I also fry up cheese tortolini ,, mm
