The layout is great, color scheme is awesome, picture is amazing....  but the font is hard to read. It's quite possible that it's because the image is reduced in the post, but I had to pause in a few spots to read the words, especially the "W"s. If it looks better full-size, then everything is great. Otherwise, a possible font change might be a good idea. (Keep in mind that a lot of grandparents, and friends of grandparents.... and strangers that grandparents see  ) will be reading the card.
i agree with! the font does seem to be a little small..put together... other than LOVING the card!

Thank you so much for that feedback!!! I was concerned too so when I made the first version I actually ordered through Winkflash to see how it would print. I even showed it to a few people and they all read it easily.

I got the hat off of Ebay. At first I didn't like it - I wanted something more fluffy. But it seems to be okay in the pictures.
I did a seach for infant santa hat.

 I designed it myself. I just got the striped border from another pic but then just used solid colors for the rest.
I love it! I am trying to do my own but can't do it- that is awesome! I love the pic.
