My dr confirmed my pregnancy!!!
I am 4 weeks going into my 5th week and saw a picture of my little baby!
It was the best feeling in the world!! 
My doctor is sending me for all the blood work, I started my pre-natal's today and am feeling wonderful!!!
We have another visit in two weeks and we will be able to hear the baby's heart beat, can't wait!!!

Wow! Congratulations!
If you are in your 5th week, how did they see the baby? During the 4th week it is implanting and fifth week still just cells becoming an embryo. I'm curious because I'm in my 5th week also. I want to see mine!!

I didn't, sorry I wasn't clear...it was literally a sac

The doctor told me it is too early to see the "baby" which is why they advised me to come back in two weeks so we can see the baby and hear the heart beat but she said lets see what we can find, when she did the internal we were able to see the sac and she said the baby is in there. She also said it's currently a bunch of cells...I will be starting my fifth week as of this Saturday.
If your already in your fifth week you should be able to see the sac I was able to see.

Congratulations. Thats so wonderful you saw everything. I saw nothing at 5weeks or 6 weeks so that is wonderful.
ETA: ah, just saw that you saw the sac. that is all you will see at this point. good luck.
