Re: Workout Log for Us Pregnant Ladies

last week I walked 30-45 minutes 5 days and did strength training 3 days.

Those are my weekly goals!

Always followed by a good relaxing stretch.

It was so nice today that I decided to take a walk outside instead of using the treadmill at the gym. So,...

Have you gone to the class before or is this your first time? I was thinking about taking a pre-natal yoga class. Where can I get info. That location is pretty good for me and might work better with my hours.

Re: Workout Log for Us Pregnant Ladies

mine has been horrible. I was walking and lifting weights, but that has taken to the back burner to moving. Once we get moved there is a gym at our new apartment complex.

Laura and Rebecca -
It's at 6:30 at the Destination Maternity store on 57th & 5th. I like the class. It's small (about 5-6 preggos) and they don't expect you to be at yogi level or anything close. They have schedules in the store or you can find it online at the Destination Maternity website (click on store locations to get to it): Class Schedule

I have to admit though, I haven't been so good about keeping up with it.Chat Icon Chat Icon
