I was sick for 2 months with DD, it was horrible and I thought it would never end, drinking tea helped me a little. I also tried eating crackers in the AM, but it didn't help. I was sick from 6am-11pm, but like a switch though it stopped at 2 months, sometimes it something we can't controll. Talk to your Doctor maybe he can tell you what to take.....

Have you tried gatorade? It helps me with my nausea. Also, as the other ladies have said, bagels, pasta and just carbs in general. Feel better!

have you tried ginger?
They sell crystalized ginger in the supermarket (asian section, usually in a box)
It's on the sweet side and you can add to lemon water for a refreshing drink that might help settle your stomach.

My sister-in-law recommended preggie pop drops, they sell them at Motherhood Maternity. I just got them today and they're wonderful. They are really helping with my nausea.

What about Ginder. They have pills and candy also. I know my prenatal from the health food store has it in it. So far so good here. Small fequent snacks. did hear higher protein does help too. Hang in there.
