We've decided to look for a house!!
Does anyone have any advice for us? This will be our first house! =) We currently own a co-op, which we just put on the market! I'm looking foward to chatting with all of you!

Congrats!
Look at a lot of different homes. Ask a lot of questions. Make sure you call the Town up when you are interest in a house and find out the taxes for the year and any other information they have that they can tell you. You can really learn a lot. Find out if the homewoners have CO's for work they have done. Don't just ask the home owner, ask the Town or Village the house in located in. You can go down to the Town or Village and see all the paperwork for the house. I wish we had done this. We are in CO hell right now. But above all enjoy this process and don't rush into anything until you get it inspected. Good Luck! Happy  hunting.

Thats awesome!! Where are you going to be looking?
The first thing you should do is find out what your budget is and get a pre-approval. Then start looking around to see what kind of house you like and whats available in your price range.

Congratulations! We have been in our first home for 12 years now and just purchased another one! So ours is on the market. What area are you looking in?
