what week do these start/ when is the earlies you know of someone having bh?

I had them very early--Im going to say--15-20 weeks.
Alot of times its dehydration

They're suppose to start around 30-34weeks. If you get them earlier it maybe dehydration and the best thing to do is drink alot of water or like the propel waters.

With DD mine started around 20 weeks, nothing to do with Dehydration.
Around 26 weeks, those BH contractions turned into preterm contractions and i was put on bedrest and meds.
BH feels like your stomach is getting tight, usually they don't hurt and are very eractic.
REal labor or Preterm contractions like mine, HURT and are cyclic, they come in waves starting from your back, top to bottom or bottom to top.
dehydration can make BH happen more often, so be sure to drink your water.

Mine started at about 15 weeks, but I drink a ton of water, so it wasn't from dehydration. I had that with my first around that point as well.

I did not notice them until about 32 weeks....now I feel them all the time. I will be 35 weeks on Thursday

I've had them since 19 weeks. They're more frequent on days I drink less, but even when I'm drinking like a fish, I get them sporadically through the day. They're a very brief tightening of my belly below the belly button.
