Help Fighting Parking Ticket
Well I got a parking ticket for double parking in front of my inlaws while dropping my son Michael off one morning on my way to work, I was literally gone 5 minutes and Whamo I got a $115 ticket for double parking,
I was going to go to parkingticket.com and fight it, used them once before and worked.
but then I was going over and over the ticket and saw that they was one discrepency,
the actual model of my car that is on my registration is a Subn
and on the ticket they marked it as a Sdn
is this grounds to fight the ticket or am I better off just going thru parking ticket.com

If anything on the ticket is incorrect you can plead not guilty.
ETS: don't waste your money - just plead not guilty by writing a letter and enclosing a copy of your registration stating your car is not a suburban.

What kind of car is it? My registration on my old car too said SUBN and it definitely was not (it was a Pontiac Vibe). DH said that the Subn is a huge category and classifies a lot of different cars.
However, if they marked sedan, you might have a shot, its worth a try.

its worth a shot....
I got a parking ticket a few years ago...saying I was parked illegally in Queens...um...Ive NEVER been to Queens and on this day I was at work and had the time card to proove it...So my mom was actually on the phone with the lady from the parking violations place and she noticed that they marked the color of my car as grey...I had a black car at the time...so they dropped it

Thanks everyone I am definitely going to fight it,
Will send it certified mail so I know they get it and include copy of Registration with it.
Also on the ticket they marked my car color as red!!
and on my registration it is Maroon which it is - so I will use both for my defense.
I hate paying tickets - yuck, especially cause its so pricey,
oh and my car is a Ford Freestyle
