This heartburn is killing me!
I swear- the heartburn is worse than the naseau! Every frickin day it haunts me!

The heartburn was really the worst and it seems like there is really no relief. I took Tums - but they didn't seem to work. If it's really bad HB then Dr. H said I could take Zantac.

I definatly know how you feel. I suffered from heartburn since the day after I found out I was pregnant!! Nothing works for me!! My doc prescribed me everything that was safe to take!! NONE of it worked. Not even the over the counter stuff. And it has gotten really bad since being in the third trimester. It feels asif someone has set fire to my throat and chest!! It hasnt gotten better for me, not even after she has dropped. I think the rise in my hormone levels is whats causing mine. Hope yours gets better though!!

Is it everything that causes HB for you? For me it was tomato, salad dressing and citrus, which of course was most of my pre-PG diet 
2nd tri the HB has gone away for the most part.

I know exactly how you feel
Some tricks-I have acid reflux pre pg and it only get worse during.
Don't eat anything acidity that includes acidity drinks too like coffee, oj, pineapple juice, even milk can make it worse, spicy, gassy.
Make sure you sit up for at least 30 mins after eating.
Also don't drink when you eat, try to drink like an hour later, the mix of water and food could bring up the acid when your tummy digests.
Also try keeping a food diary, so you can figure out what foods or drinks make it worse.
Tums don't work for me either, be careful though, if youdon't drink enough water and take alot of tums the calcium can give you kidney stones
Try Mylanta Liquid, it works better than tums, I take the Mylanta Supreme in CHerry, it's not too bad and i have a sensitive gag reflex.
I also just got the ok to take my prevacid and nexium, and Zantac or Pepcid (those really don't work for me anymore but better and safer than prescrip).
Def talk to your dr and see what he says.
I feel your pain, and I have been living with reflux and ulcers forever, pg is living hell for me.

I have terrible HB every day like clockwork at 11:30am. Zantac is my best friend...it completely takes it away!!

the first time I took TUMS all the time, but someone recommended Pepcid to me and I am going to try it this time if/when the HB comes. Pepcid doesn't have the excess calcium in it.

I have been using Rolaids Soft Chews and they work pretty good. I can't stand the chalkiness of Tums and these are more of the consistency of taffy.
