New to this board with a few questions.
First off... I got a BFP!!!!!!
I am at about 5 weeks and I have a few questions. I appreciate your help. I'm so happy to be a part of this board now!!!!!
Is it safe to get a pedicure?
I know I can't eat raw fish, but can I have a California Roll or other things from a sushi place that are not raw? I'm not sure about this because if all the rolls are prepared in the same spot does that mean no rolls at all because of possible contamination?
If Feta cheese has been baked into something is it safe to eat?

Can't help on all your q's.
My dr. said California rolls were safe to eat.
Personally I haven't gotten a mani/or pedi b/c I can't imagine the smell/fumes/acetone being good for baby, but that's just me, I know most girls do it.
Not sure on the feta!

I stayed away from Sushi & Pedicures....just my stance on better safe than sorry.
Cheese that is cooked (Like Feta) is OK. Feta that is pasturized is OK even if it is not cooked.

Congrats and welcome, I just got here too.
I have never heard anything about pedicures, so I wouldn't know what to tell you, sorry.
I eat california and any shrimp rolls......
I have heard that feta isn't recommended, but I would do a little more research...

I am about 7 wks, so I'm sure I'll be seeing a lot of you on this board!!
Regarding sushi, I heard california rolls and other cooked rolls were safe.
Regarding, mani/pedi - I hope they are safe bc I had them both done today!!!!  I've seen a lot of PG women getting them done though so I never even thought about it? I'm seeing my dr on Friday so I'll be sure to ask!!

I got mani/pedi with my first and i also saw on babycenter that they are fine.. they help you relax. the place i go is really really clean and very well ventilated.
I am not sure about the rest.. but congrats!
