prenatal vitamin vent
Grrr, these prenatals give me the worst burps - like I ate fish and it is repeating on me, BLECH! I think it is the capsule with the healthy oils. Anyone else get this?

When I was pregnant, I thought I had such bad morning sickness and it turned out to be the prenatals.

My prenatals taste nasty too and I burp them up. It's a mix between burnt popcorn and a metal taste (whatever that is). I take them at night w/a glass of milk so I sleep the taste away.

do you have the duet dha vitamins? at my last doctor visit I told my gyno about it and she said to take the big pill and forget about the other small (clear) one until I feel better and my morning sickness stops...

best advice i was given by my obgyn, take your prenatals right before bed!!! that way nothing repeats on you and they wont make you nausaus.

Yep, those are the ones I take. I switched to taking them at night yesterday, and the capsule still repeated on me, but I went to bed shortly after. I don't really have morning sickness, so I am going to try to keep taking them. God knows I am not getting everything through diet
