Need good vibes!
We had our first official showing today! The house has been on the market for 2 months now. For many reasons, I know it's going to be a hard sell, so every person who comes to look is a serious shot at selling!
Send me good vibes that the lady likes it and wants to make an offer!

YAY! I know it's tough but hang it there. I was very excited about my first showing too. I've had a few since but the way I see it, if they actuall schedule to see your house, that's better than blindly walking into a open house right?

That's what I am hoping!
I heard from the realtor and they really liked it. They heard a (negative) rumor of one small thing close by to the house but I let them know that problem has been resolved. So, let's hope for an offer!
