upper body work out question
If you do upper body work out at home, how do you do it? What do you use?

If I were to do upper body at home I would invest in a set of dumbbells for bicep curls, lateral raises and I would do lots of push ups and tricep dips!

Push ups (knees, full on, leaning against a wall)
Yoga poses
I also love resistance bands!!!
But I have not been doing too much lately.
