Re: September Mommies-to-be Thread

Had my first sono yesterday (5w5d) saw the sac and a little something. They took my blood to check my beta's - everything is normal (did not give me a number)

Re: September Mommies-to-be Thread

hi mommies-to-be!

We got our official BFP this morning, and according to online calculators, we're due on 9/28 (I could actually be an october mommy!)

I'm worried about the little one making it to term and being healthy. I'm already getting a bit tense about my environment (car fumes, chemical smells)... It seems like an uphill battle to be in a clean safe pro-baby environment!

I still have that stretching / pulling feeling in my abdomen and the super-swollen boobs.

I found a fabulous Dr. today (under the guidance of a knowledgable LIF member Chat Icon ) and scheduled our first appointment for mid feb.

I pray we all stay healthy and have perfect pregnancies

Wow, can't believe how long ago this thread was last posted on! Almost makes me feel like we've all progressed in our pregnancies! Chat Icon Thanks for bumping!

Very jealous that you're 11weeks already! I had a sono last week and they bumped me back a week Chat Icon so technically, I'm not even a September mommy anymor - due October 4.

Feeling yucky this week - I'm 7w 4d according to the doctor. Slightly queasy (haven't had any ms or queasiness prior to this) slightly crampy and exhausted. My boobs are not just sore, they're PAINFUL! Feeling hungry and full at the same time and nothing sounds appetizing at all. I read that the baby goes through a growth spurt in the 7th week, so I imagine that that's what this yuckiness is all about!

Today I was feeling great until my co-worker decided to be an @$$. He put me in a bad mood. (see the lets unite and beat up my co-worker thread) But besides working with an idiot, I totally feel great. I had pudding at home, then some dry cereal at work and just thinking about what I want for lunch. I hope this good feeling lasts a lot longer. Chat Icon

Re: September Mommies-to-be Thread

At 8 weeks 6 days I feel perfectly fine (which is kind of making me nervous) I have no morning sickness at all, cramping has basically stopped, only my boobs hurt and my dog like sense of smell remains! I basically have no appitite either (although I have gained 9lbs already!) Anyone else like me?

Hey Mommas!

I am 11 weeks and 2 days, but lat time the doc said I was measuring about 5 days ahead, so that makes me a wonderful 12 weeks! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Feeling okay - a little different from last pregnancy, but mostly the same.

Going to the Doc on Tuesday! Can't wait! Chat Icon

I go on the 25th too! I can't wait to see the baby again! I had quite a few sonos in the beginning and now I sort of miss the baby. Weird, I know. I just want to hear that everything is okay. I am so nervous. And I secretly hope they can take a guess at the gender. I should be 12 weeks 2-4 days by then. Each sono has been different.

The cutest thing so far, when DH says "What's up baby bump?" Chat Icon

I have had a stomach virus so that's been yucky. Finally feeling a little better today. Still have some evening sickness and exhaustion. Looking forward to the second trimester. I also can't wait for the nice weather so I can get out there and walk! Who's with me?

Re: September Mommies-to-be Thread

oh nice to see this thread!!!!

I'm just over 8 weeks. i've had terrible Morning sickness, pretty much all day and night. I wasn't able to keep down any food and I lost 4 pounds, so my doc gave me a prescrip for zofran. I am actually starting to feel better now, the past two days I've only vomitted once a day, woo hoo!! I'm still down the 4 pounds tho. My ultrascreen is in 3 weeks, I can 't wait!

other than that, just a tad tired.

Re: September Mommies-to-be Thread

So how is everyone feeling?

I am almost 14 weeks and loving it. I finally feel like this baby is firmly planted and not going anywhere. I am waiting for the results from my ultrascreen, a little anxious about that. Is anyone electing to have an amnio???

I've been feeling pretty good. A little more energy. I've also been getting some tugs, pains, stretchy feelings in my abdomen. I guess it's because it's growing. The belly is getting harder and harder to hide.

How about you girls!!!!!!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow and have my 2nd drs appt tommorrow. I am also feeling the tug/stretching/ cramping, but overall I feel great! I'm really looking forward to the 2nd trimester when I can (hopefully) get some energy and motivation back Chat Icon
