yogurt question
how old was your baby when you gave them yogurt? what kind did you give them?

you can get any yobaby yogurt... you can give as much as DC will take. Just watch out for milk allergies.

what would some allergies signs be? did the doctor say that it is okay for a baby t o have the yogurt? I was jsut worried becuase of the milk.

do you think your baby might be allergic to milk? are you giving a milk based formula? if your baby has been handling milk formula the yogurt would probably be fine. my ds has been on soy formula and i tried giving him yo baby yogurt and instantly he was covered in hives and around his eyes and mouth got swollen and puffy. his eyes were oozy and his nose was runny. he looked horrible.  if you think that there might be a milk allergy i would stay away from the yogurt. they make soy yogurt as well, but i'm still afraid to try it after the reaction he had to the yo baby.

that is pretty scary... actually i am BF but today we trird a tablespoon of the yo baby yogurt and he seemed fine. i just want to make sure i am not doing anything wrong. when i do give him formula i give him good start - he is fine

I waited until about 10 months. I honestly hadn't known you could start yogurt that early. We used Yobaby.

I think we started with YoBaby at around 7-8 months. I don't remember exactly. I also used Horizon Organic baby yogurt as well.
