yet another chart question
i'm sorry i keep asking questions about this charting . This is my first month with it and i'm still trying to get the hang of it. I just finished ovulating and my question is when should i have BD'd?
PS - DH has been out at sea all cycle, so thats why theres been no BD'ing, I just want to know for next month

If you can, BD every other day. Once you notice CM change and get more eggwhite like you should BD every day if you can. So, according to your chart you O'd on cd15...so I would have BD'd on cd 13, 14 and 15 in a row.

To me, it looks like you ovulated on the 15th.
Do you use OPKs? They are very helpful in determining when you are Oing.

when you say the 15th ,do you mean June 15th or the 15th day of my cycle?
