I have been using regular OPKS, but not recently. Which is how I missed my first O in awhile a couple weeks ago. I had given up on them. The RE said not to bother with them because I will probably get false positives, (because of PCOS) but I think I will start again once AF is outta here.
if you can afford the CBEFM i would get it. if not, i would definitely use OPKs, because you never know if the met/synthroid combo will get you to O now without the aid of clomid.

I'm afraid it's going to be a waste of money because I am so all over the place with my cycles. I went to the RE last Monday and had a sono & blood tests that showed that I O'ed about a week and a half before. So I'm just gonna BD like crazy!
