WWYD-leaving meat in the fridge for 2 days
I am having a BBQ this weekend (On Saturday) I plan to go shopping tomorrow afternoon for everything. I will buy hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken..I dont want to put it in the freezer just to have to take it out to defrost the next day so, would it be ok to leave the meat in the fridge for 2 days?

I think it would be completely fine! I have done it!
YOu can even marinate the chicken tomorrow just to be safe! It will taste that much better!

Look at the expiration date. If its not past the date its fine.

I KNOW it would be fine but I would just go shopping on Friday so I wouldn't wonder.

I do it all the time.
Never had an issue.
It's going to be in the store for that long or in your fridge.
As long as the date is ok- it's fine
