wow my old boss just called me at home - wants me back
I dont know. I know I complained and the environment was not healthy, but their have been a tremendous amout of changes in the 2 months I have been gone. All the negative is gone. They cleaned house big time.
I got a call from him tonight and I dont know if he was trying to scare me back but he told me their are changes coming around and he knows I dont have a lot of work to do. He knows everyday they are taking more and more away and then giving me something training me for one day then taking it away. He knows they are bringing on someone who is incredably strong and has 20 years experience and when push comes to shove she can do my 8 hour job in 4.
So I dont know if he is trying to scare me back b/c he is desperate (one person put their 2 week notice in and another person has been acting extremely erratically and all of a sudden called in sick for 2 days. boss is worried this guy is going to snap and just quit)
I truely have a soft spot for my old company. I truely love the people that remained their and I know the BS that I had dealt with is long gone so things have really gotten better but I am so confussed. DH says it will be the biggest mistake I will ever make if I go back and I know this will be a big fight. But on the other hand if my job is on the line then this is a different story.
please send me some hugs and good thoughts. I wont know anything until Monday

Thank you everyone
I will let you know what happens. I know the old boss has a meeting Monday morning and I'll know more Monday afternoon.
This weekend I am just not going to think about the office (any office) and just enjoy my 2 days  (ok maybe I'll worry a little because I am such a worry wort  )
