Would you take DC out to run errands...
if she/he just vaccination this morning? DD seems fine, just sleepy. I need to run a few errands before it starts to rain later...
ugh, I've became so indecisive now I am a mom, always questioning my actions

Im in the minority here, but I personally would not, esp since it's the first vaccine.
I usually limit my child's exposures after a vaccine if I can, esp the first one of a series. JMO though
