Work Vent- thanks for being a team player!

so there was a trade show last week- I didn't have to go- but I had products there- about $30K worth of models (3 in total- hand made)

2 of my co-workers called me on thursday and asked me what I needed back right away

I said I need product A for a photoshoot on wednesday- please pack it well and send it back overnight

well- I just got it- or what's left of it- product A is in 100 peices and product B is in 20 (packed in the same box with 1 peice of CHEAP bubble wrap)- product C hasn't shown up yet)

when I confronted my co-work about it - she said she let so and so pack it up b/c she didn't want to take responisblity for it! thanks- knowing that was important- and that I needed it back for a photoshoot!

nice right- can't wait to tell my boss why he has to sign a new invoice for my models

(good thing I have a back up plan for the photoshoot)

I see how it is now- I am so upset!

Buck passing blows. Tell her that if she knew it was important, she shouldn't have passed it on and should have helped to see it was sent carefully. Good that you had a plan, though. Ugh!

now my friend stuff is also all broken- she wasn't at the show either

so they people there- took the time to wrap their own products and basically said whatever to anyone that wasn't there

meanwhile a sales rep was asking for samples of my co workers products while she was at the show- I went out of my way to help her - and sent them out for her
