Wood Floor Refinisher rec for Queens?

We're having trouble selling my grandmother's house in Fresh Meadows. She's got old green/orange marbled carpeting--ya think that's a selling point?! So we decided that taking up the carpets and redoing the floors would make a big difference. Anyone know anyone decent who would do a couple of rooms in Queens?
