Woo Hoo! We are getting all new windows from Sears!
Not sure if you read the previous post of mine on Tri State windows... well they called a 1/2 hour later than the appt. was scheduled saying they were leaving now.  
So we said forget it and hung up. A manager called back to give the quotes over the phone (why did they need to come to the house then?) and I just had such a bad feeling about it all, I was like "I'll call you"
So the next weekend (last weekend) we had a rep from Sears come and he was great! He was there for 3 hours because we just talked alot too.
To make a long story short, we booked with Sears! They have been in business so long and the warranty is great. I feel really secure.
I cant wait!!!

One week later, someone came to measure all of the windows for the last time and in 2-3 weeks we will get a phone call saying that the wondows are ready to be installed and for us to pick a time and date.

We used Sears for our sunroom and were very happy with them.
It's so nice to have nice new windows!!

Have you ever had to contact them for repair or service? Their warranty was impressive, I wonder if they are as good as they say with this.
