With this crazy weather....
What are all the SAHMs doing today with thier kiddos?
This is my first rainy day since school ended and I'm offically a SAHM for the summer! I don't know what to do!

If we can make it out of the house without being SOAKED, we're going to the library for mother goose time and then chucke cheese (Commack, if anyone plans to stop in  we should be there by 11:30) look for the crazy preggo chasing after 2 boys 
CC is our raindate savior, I hope its not too crowded with school being out.

I was thinking about Chuck E Cheese too, but I can't bring Maddie with coxsackie (even though at this point she's not contagious). Would I be a really bad mom if I just put raincoats on & let them splash in puddles?

You ladies should all come visit us, we haven't had any rain in months. It's rather odd.
In a sick way everyone is wishing a small hurricane or TS would come near us and atleast give us some rain! Another day at the beach for Jack

We just got back from our Stroller Strides class. I've had enough of the rain though. I don't think we'll be going anywhere today. We'll just play inside!

We're indoors and coloring and doing puzzles and playing games. If the rain lets up enough to get out of the house with 2 kiddies, we are headed to Target to scavenger their after 4th sales and clearance on summer things for our vacation next month.

I'm so jealous!!! I would love to go to the beach today, at least the rest of the week and weekend looks good, lots of sun!
Julia and I are just going to be doing some more shopping for her 1st b-day party on Saturday!

For a minute I thought that was a cruel joke directed at poor Chucke and Im like "I dont get it, yes the kids feet stink, but huh? "
Ive been meaning to try that sushi buffet, (well not when preggo of course) but Im not very daring in terms of sushi, california roll is it for hubby and me my siblings on the other hand will try it all

My sister and I LOVE to do this with our kids  our hubbies think we're nuts. MY boys look right up into the sky to get rain all over their faces and splash galore, I love it. ITs only water!! But if we're going out, I try not to make them get drenched so they look somewhat normal if we're going somewhere
rain gives me a natural high, I LOVE IT. I could walk miles in the rain, we used to do this ourselves in Queens if we got caught in the rain while shopping or something, we'd walk home in it... so refreshing and exciting
ETA: In fact hubby and I are so opposite, if theres a huge storm, my first reaction is  lets all go out there and run around barefoot ! and my hubbys reaction is  hurry lets run for cover
