Wish us luck - I bought the sleep sheep thing
So the plan is....
I do a shot of Jack Daniels, go to sleep in the guest room downstairs with the TV on and the door closed, and Chris will take care of Athan so I can get some MUCH NEEDED SLEEP so I can feel more human tomorrow.
He will give him extra formula in his last bottle, turn on this magical sheep I have heard so much about, rock him to sleep in his nursery, and then put him down to sleep in HIS PRETTY CRIB TONIGHT IN HIS OWN ROOM for the very first time. All while mommy is silently sobbing herself to sleep downstairs.  I am not ready to part with my little one but I know it's time and it's for everyone's own good.
I  this works and that after a few days I can be a big girl and sleep upstairs in our bed again  WIsh us luck ladies - I know it won't happen overnight but hopefully we are going down the right path to sleeping independence.

You are so lucky that Chris is willing to step in and let you get some  and even though tonight will hard, just think of what a joy it will be to see Athan's smiling face in the morning when he sees his well-rested mommy!!
