Winthrop baby photos - ? on how to return them
OK...I agree the pics are horrible.
For the moms that returned the pics, did you have to pay for postage to return the photos?

hmm, good question. I don't remember paying for postage. I kept one wallet for her baby book (free), and sent the rest back.
Is there a return envelope?

They are REALLY bad. I cannot believe those people are still in business. I can hardly recognize DS in the pics. Totally over-exposed. DH looks a pro compared to them

I know I filled out the sheet, and I believe that same company called twice to try to sell me on at home photos.... but the hospital ones never came. It sounds like I didn't miss much.

I never agreed to having them taken and just received the most horrible pics in the mail one day. I returned them all and paid for postage myself.

By the time they took ours, it was her 1500th photo! Seriously though, that is how they get you. I returned all of mine- I didn't even scan them- they were that bad.

I think mine are cute pics (even DD's were pretty good, different company than the one for DS though). I do remember my sister's being truly awful and my mom fighting with the company to return them. She was solid red in the pics.
Chances are good you have to pay postage, most of hte time if you order anything they say things like: try it free for 30 days less s&h or if you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your money less s&h. It's just the norm that you pay to return them USUALLY. The higher end the company the more likely you are to get a free postage/shipping on returns, but for pics I highly doubt it.
