wine party - need food suggestions

I want to have a party with just wine/champagne (and beer for guys if they want it) and appetizer-type foods. Because of various food allergies for both me and some of my guests, I need to make most stuff my hand, so I need some ideas for food items that are interesting but easy to make and go with the whole "sophisticated wine night" theme.

you can do guacamole, stuffed mushrooms (most lactose intolerant people can have parmesan cheese since it is aged), bruschetta, tostitos baked with taco seasoned chopped meat and cheddar cheese (in the vegetable section of most grocery stores they carry dairy free shredded cheese that's made of vegetables).

I would go the spanish/medit tapas route then.

you can do an assortment of cured meats (chorizo, serrano ham) and even a cheese or two for those not L-I.

patatas bravas

dates wrapped in bacon

gambas al ajillo

assorted stuffed/spiced olives

goooooood crusty bread

Roasted red peppers, eggplant and sweet onions drizzled with Sherry dressing

tomato toast

pinchos de pollo

steamed mussels with spicy red sauce

there are so many you could do. these are some of my favorites.

you could serve some great spanish wines and even some Cidra

I would put out assorted cheeses with some soppresata, & crackers. Olives, stuffed mushrooms, mozz & tom w/ basil & balsamic, Capanata with crackers. Then just put like a spinach dip with veggies.
