Williamsburg -- what's the parking like?
I have to go to Williamsburg this afternoon. What is the parking situation there?
I'm going to N 6th St, not far from metropolitan ave
(Williamsburg prep)

you should be able to find parking on one of the side streets..maybe even on metro ave...

What time is the real question!!!??? There is street parking & meter parking over there-you should be okay but if it is rush hour-there will be a lot of congestion there.

you may also get lucky around roebling ave....alot of the teachers from Van Arsdale will be leaving by then.

I'm aiming to get there 2:20-2:30
I'm going near a school, so I'm sort of concenred that the parking in that area will be bad. Any thoights?
I don't know Williamsburg well at all!

I don't know Williamsburg well at all!
just re-read...
Van Arsdale is on Roebling & N. 7th...you may find parking there from the teachers leaving around that time

i think you will be able to....
even when we've gone at night for dinner (williamsburgh cafe being my fave)...we've been able to find parking...even if you have to go around a few times, i think you'll be able to find something!

6 of one, half dozen of the other.
there'll be traffic either way you go...but because i hate lights, i'd go the LIE to BQE route
