WHY is the injection site still stinging 15 min. later?
Did we do something wrong?  I mean, I know I'm a baby about this stuff, but I'm concerned that it's "stinging" about once every 20 seconds...

did you ice the area? I would keep a cold compress on the area if you could. Hope you feel better!!

Did you let the alcohol dry before injecting the site? I didn't a few times and it stung. It should go away soon.

Yes...he made sure that all the air was out of the syringe.
We didn't think to ice the area first
It seems to have gone away, so I guess I'm not dying...

the meds can sting pretty badly
make sure you change the tip after getting out the air

you can't change the tip on ovidrel--- you can change the tip on gonal-f and I'm not sure which other ones....
