WHY is the injection site still stinging 15 min. later?

Did we do something wrong? Chat Icon Chat Icon I mean, I know I'm a baby about this stuff, but I'm concerned that it's "stinging" about once every 20 seconds... Chat Icon

did you ice the area? I would keep a cold compress on the area if you could. Hope you feel better!!

did you get some of the meds on the tip of the needle before you injected?

Did you let the alcohol dry before injecting the site? I didn't a few times and it stung. It should go away soon.

did you get some of the meds on the tip of the needle before you injected?




Yes...he made sure that all the air was out of the syringe.

We didn't think to ice the area first Chat Icon

you can't change the tip on ovidrel--- you can change the tip on gonal-f and I'm not sure which other ones....
