In closed shoes, I wear a 7 & in open shoes, an 8?

My shoe sizes are all over the place. I also see a difference between sneakers and dress shoes.

i'm the same, closed i'm a 6 or 6 1/2 and open i'm a 7. but i'm like ET, i have freakishly long toes, so that is why, in my case
