Why dont people know how to merge
Yesterday and today I was driving coming into a road where the 2 lanes merge into one (Route 25 in Riverhead and Route 27 in Southampton) at both places I am in front of the car in the other lane. The lanes become one (no more dotted lines) and BOTH idiots in the other cars speed up to try to get in front of me then lay on their horn because I didnt let them pass. UMMM HELLLOOOO the front of your car is by my rear bumper, Im in front LEARN HOW TO MERGE JERK!
Sorry - A little road rage...

I feel the same way. On weekends, I get up early to do my errands to avoid all of the idiot drivers out there!

I do the same. Tonight, on my way home, someone practically hit me so he could get out of the left turn lane, to pass the cars in front of him and thne turn left IN FRONT OF THEM!  To get on the parkway!

In my opinion, the past 2 days have been HORRIBLE!!! with driving! I am somewhat afraid to drive on the LIE lately! Today, I heard screeching brakes behind me!

I go through this every morning when 27 turns into 2 lanes in Southampton. People are always trying to get ahead of you and I don't understand. They aren't getting any further than me. We're only traveling 2 miles per hour!!

Well, out there, you get all the "citidiots", as we like to call them in my family. NO ONE knows how to drive out there! My mom and I have a rule, if it's from a farm or is an old person, you can ram them with your car or pass on a double yellow

We were taught growing up that they were citidiots.

yeah we have two of those here too, one of my biggest pet peeves.
Except my merges have very CLEAR signs that say RIGHT LANE ENDS.......... yet they still make it like its my problem they are trying to run me off the road. Hello either learn to merge or stay out of the right lane!
