Why do your legs and butt itch went you walk and/or jog?
I went for a speed walk/light jog last night and my legs and but were itching like crazy. I was trying so hard not to scratch, but I couldn't help it. People must've thought I was nuts

I think it's the lack of blood circulation in the legs. It's usually just in the begining. That's the worse...itch....walk...scratch....itch...walk... scratch!

either its because you sweat and that can make you itchy or the mesquitoes are out.

I'm pretty sure it's because the blood is circulating.
It happened to me too when I took a really long walk. I'm sure my body was saying, "what the heck is going on here??? Blood start pumping harder!!! We're not used to this!!!"

Can you tell we need to walk or jog? So bad...oh well. I don't want to Itch. Yeah, that's my excuse!

I guess it's the whole blood bumping thing. I try to use my elliptical 2-3 times a week and it doesn't happen then. I was just looking for a way to mix it up a bit being the weather is so nice. The itch got so bad that I had to stop. I wanted to run a rake up and down my legs and a$$ to make it stop

That's happened to me too when I have been on the treadmill. Maybe it's a mild allergic reaction?
