Why do we have these intense dreams early in pregnancy?
Just curious if anyone knows WHY we dream about wild monkey sex in our first trimester - is it all the hormones???

I read it was a combination of hormones combined with insecurities over your expanding body. Often pregnant women have dreams where they feel the best about their looks complete with appearances of ex-boyfriends, etc. (and apparently from the board several celebrities).
I'll try to find the article. I think it was in Parents Magazine.

That would explain my favorite dream about Owen Wilson and the plate of blondies....

Ahhhhh....that explains it...recently a few of my exes have been making wild appearances in my dreams
