Why do people feel it's okay to walk across someones grass

Umm... that's what our walkway is for lazy azzes. First the Fed Ex guy now the oil delivery guy. How friggin rude!!!!

i agree! unless its YOUR lawn you have no business walking on it. when i show houses, people make fun of me because i will walk all the way around to the walkway instead of just walking across the grass. but i always tell them that i would be pizzed if someone walked on my lawn so its just respect.

OMG!! That is a MAJOR pet peeve of mine. My front lawn isn't a park. GET THE H*LL OFF MY LAWN!!!

once we had a delivery guy drive up the middle of our lawn!! It was at night- he didnt even notice that he TOTALLY missed the driveway by 30 feet until we told him when he came up to the door- i guess he didnt feel the car jumping the curb?

MY neighbors kids and their friends hang out all over our lawn! Yea they are 15 and 17!!!!!!!!!

I am like ummmm we put down fertilizer can u get off?!? they did but a 1/2 hour later back on!

We need to get a small fence to define their lawn from ours but I mean when u are almost on my porch u fig u would know u are on someone elses lawn!!!!!!!!!!



DH said just throw the sprinklers on the next time they are on...I was like u are dumb halloween is right around the corner all i need is my house to egged ya know!

Yeah, I have to figure out what to say to one of my neighbors. She lets her cats run around the neighborhood, and the cat is constantly in our yard, and uses my garden as a big catbox. Since I am now pregnant, this is even more of an issue for me, but even when I'm not, I just don't want someone elses cat taking a dump in my yard.

I live on a corner and the mailman always cuts across my lawn to the neighbor on one side of us and then back around to go to us and then the rest of the other block. It never bothered me. However, I've seen a neighbor I don't even really know cut across my grass right near the corner. There's a few bushes right on the corner and he cut across my grass instead of going around - a whole 6 or 8 feet - and I told him to stop. That one I didnt even understand - people are bizarre.

I cut across people's grass sometimes instead of going up their walkways but only when I have a reason to be on their property and know them. Instead of using way out of the way walkways mainly

I have to admit I don't really care if people walk on my lawn. As long as they aren't throwing stuff all over it or ripping it up, whats the harm?
