Who has purchased furniture from Bobs & has the Goof coverage?

Just curious what are some acceptable reasons that are covered? If my toddler banged his toys into my dining room chairs and scratched them...is that covered?

I did for our couch. So not sure if the same applies to your chairs, but...

Everything is covered except cats scratching it.

If you get lipstick on it, they fix it. If your dog or even your child pees on it, it's covered. If someone sits on the arm of the couch and breaks it... it's covered.

if you use it once on say, a reclining couch mechanism, they will not cover the same mechanism again.

unfortunately, ours broke...twice :|

My sister is going through a nightmare getting some of her furniture fixed. She has the goof proof on almost all of her furniture. From what I understand, and i don't know the details, they are nitpicking (sp?) everything! They have a rocking recliner and the handle broke. The company (its an outside company that Bobs uses) told them that they handle is no longer covered, just the couch

They are also giving her a hard time replacing her dining room table.

Just make sure they provide, in writing, what is covered.
