I've used Walgreens in the past and thought the quality was very poor. The images were grainy and the color was off. I've used Target before and have been happy. I don't know if quality varies from store to store.

I used CVS for this yesterday and they turned out great. You can put your order in online and pick them up in the store later.

Costco. Sometimes they give you coupons for 100 free 4x6 prints.

Walmart, they are the only place I've found that does Matte finish in an hour. I also LOVE their mounted photos that are ready in an hour. They come out really nice, I've given a few as gifts.
