who asked me about the piece that goes in the shoe to make it more snug??! (beth it was u!)
so the name of the piece i was referring to is called a heel liner, its a foam piece that sticks to the back of the inside of the shoe..its usuallyy used to prevent blisters but i use it cause i have one foot bigger then the other and it makes that one shoe snugger.. u can by them in payless but i just got them also from rite aide for 5 bucks (2 come in a pack) and its in the aisle with all dr scholls pads for shoes
