There were some extremely drunk rowdy women from Texas on the train yelling, screaming and carrying on. They were trash. DH told them to take it down a notch. They went back at him with all kinds of insults and curses and continued to scream and yell. The conductor walked by and he asked him to tell them to cam down and he said it wasn't his job. DH asked him what exactly his job was? The conductor got right in his face. I thought he would get thrown off the train.
I proceeded to make a very load phone call to the LIRR and asked for the police to meet us at Jamaica. That shut them up.
