where to buy kitchen appliances
One of the first things we plan to do after closing is replace all the kitchen appliances. We need a new fridge, dishwasher, and stove. We probably need a new microwave / convection oven as well. (The stove there now is the old fashioned kind with a top and bottom oven. Given that, we may need a hood / fan as well...)
Who generally has the best prices? We have the consumer reports info, etc. Now it's just a matter of getting the best prices possible.

We found the best prices to be at a local appliances store as opposed to a larger store like Lowes.

I heard Lowe's is pretty good. There is one right by where we are moving so we plan to go there first.

We bought our refrigerator from them and they had the best prices around....Free delivery and no sales tax (except in NJ)

We got our refrigerator from Home Depot- they were having a sale plus a rebate, plus giving $100 gift cards for buying energy star.
We got the rest at PC Richard.

We are re-doing our Kitchen and we got some of the appliances at Home Depot and Pc Richards.
But I have to tell you that the Home Depot on 112 is closing down and they have a lot of the appliances on clearance. and they are still in the boxes!
You should take a look

Oh wow... Not sure if there will be anything left by the time we close (which will hopefully be by the 15th!) I'll have to check it out though!

We use Appliances Buy Phone too and would definitely use them again. We probably saved over $1000. Reliable, fast, and cheap!
