Where to advertise for a Tag sale/ A craig's list question.
I will be having am estate sale and would like to reach as many people as possible. Where should I advertise? I paid quite a bit for an ad in Newsday. Are there any online sites I can post it for free besides Craig's list?
The sale is next week and I posted it on Craig's List last night. Do you know if I will be allowed to post it again in a couple of days? I don't want to get flagged and risk having the ad blocked for multiple postings.

I think there is one called something like garagetagsaleli.com
Search that, hopefully it will come up

Thanks. I put it on LI.com; forsaleonLI; and Kijiji. They are all free. I'm learning something every day. If you know of any others, I would appreciate it.
The 4 day Newsday ad cost me almost $300. I really can't pay for Pennysaver or any others that charge a fee.

Check out local businesses - see if any of them have a bulletin board where you can post a flyer. I know my supermarket and local deli have them. I always see flyers for something at the train station. Maybe the laundromat, dry cleaners, bagel store will let you post.
