you have to call Medela directly. They don't sell the tubing anywhere. The customer service rep I dealt with was nice enough to send me a set of replacement tubing for free. You can find the # to call on the Medela website.

Yep, they'll always just send it to you - I've gotten like 6 sets from them. Reminds me to call again...
