budget blinds.
They came to my house with everything..i choose fabric and style.

my sister did empire, they install hunter douglas - gorgeous, and they come to the house, do the estimate, choosing, install, everything. she did the no payments for a year or something, zero percent financing. she loves them and her window treatments are beautiful. they are very quality.
there's also costco - same thing as empire, hunter douglas and they come to you and do everything for you.
both prices are GREAT for what you are getting.

We got ours from Home Depot. We got cordless 2 1/2 inch wood blinds. They had the best price for what we wanted.
