I figure I can get some mason jars @ Ikea, I guess?

any other ideas?

I bought jars at Michael's and I got scoops off of Ebay.

Try Dollar Tree. They have an assortment of glassware. I found a few things for the dessert table for my nieces party. They have tall thing cylinder type ones that were perfect for marshmallow ropes and licorice.

Anywhere they glass. My assortment has come from:

Williams Sonoma
Michael's
Home Goods
Dollar Store

Scoops from ebay.

i got my scoops from party city

The jars from all over...dollar tree, michaels, walmart etc

You can pick up jars at Homegoods. They usually have a top but I left the tops off.

Just a word of advise I would try and buy all individually wrapped candy. I have been to a few parties that had candy buffets and the kids never used the scoop. I would see them pick the candy out with there hands.

For DD's christening, I did all wrapped candy with the exception of jelly beans and for that I just used a spoon. The adults seemed to enjoy the jelly beans more.
