They sell them at Home Depot.
You want to have one out on the cross street with arrows pointing to your house.
Also, pick up an "Info Tube" that allows you to put out a fact sheet on the house. I thought this is now a must. We took a real estate class on how to sell your home. People really liked ours and I always appreciated them when looking at a house.
Here's what mine said on the house I sold... Make sure you include a photo of the house, preferrably in color. Oh and make sure you make A LOT of copies, unfortunately, nosey neighbors tend to take a lot of them.
