when you give your toddler veggies...?
when you give your toddler veggies do you ususally mix it into something else they are eating or so yougive it seperately?

I find if I mix them, she eats more. I will throw some frozen veggies in the mac n cheese while I'm cooking it and she loves that!

what kinds do you throw in the mac and cheese? this is a good idea!

Lunch and dinner - I usually mix it in with pasta or quinoa or with meat...like i will make pasta with broccoli and spinach chopped up in it...

I give carrots raw (therefore seperate). Broccoli and peas get mixed into whatever else we are eating. He will also eat corn on its own. DS loves vegetables so it really depends on what we are eating to determine if it will be mixed in. Today, for lunch, DS had ziti with peas mixed in. He ate it all up
