When TTC, is it recommended for the father to eat very well also?
Like lots of fruits and vegetables or does eating habits have nothing to do with what he's donating.....
Sorry for such a silly question. It's just that DH doesnt eat as much fruits and veggies as I do, if at all sometimes, and I was wondering it it makes a difference in the making of a healthy baby??
Again, I apologize for such a naive question.

Tell him it does because it makes for a healthier husband and eventual daddy!
For making the baby, I think all he needs is to be well hydrated.

He shouldnt smoke and he should try to limit his caffeine and alcohol intakes as well. As long as he is not excesive I think it's fine.

Thankfully, he quit smoking 3 years ago........so at least he's on the right track with that.
So extra water, fruits and veggies for him then!
