I always made my own applesauce. After a year I started buying the organic in a cup (for lack of a better term) for on the go.

When they stopping eating babyfood mostly. My 2nd is 10.5 months old and she'll have reg applesauce for snack when her sister does.
I give them the natural style applesauce.

I only buy Natural "big people" Applesauce..Ive never given him the babyfood applesauce...or I make my own.

To me, it's similar to a stage 2 consistency. I think when you get to stage 2 foods, you can feel comfortable switching.
