When i give fruit for the first time...
Good Morning, everyone!! My ds has been eating cereal for the past week and today we start fruits. He ate his cereal in the morning but my question is, for "lunch", does he just eat the bananas or do i feed him cereal as well?

I give cereal and fruit. But I only do it at dinner time. He never finishes a container of fruit though.

Well, my ped said never do cereal more than twice a day. I would probably do the bananas by themselves or do fruit with the cereal in the morning or fruit with the cereal at night.

I always mixed some fruit into the cereal, with breakfast and dinner.
