When I do I start testing with the OPK?
I broke down and bought one yesterday I guess we need some help When do I start testing ? TIA

if you have a 28 day cycle, then around day 10

Have you been tracking your cycles? I believe they tell you about how long after AF to begin testing

If you read the instructions in the box of OPKs it will also help you figure out when to start using them. Also you can check your CM - when it gets egg whiteish and there is more of it you are getting close to Oing so use the OPKs.
Dont feel bad about having to use OPKs. The window of opportunnity is SO small each month that its really easy to miss...and OPKs help a lot. I used them every month.
