When getting a sonogram can you ask for 3D?
I think I have heard this before - that some girls have asked for 3D pics of the baby when getting a sonogram. Do you think I can do this at Madonna Services? Is this something I call up and request beforehand?

My doctor did them for me without me asking but when I went to the specialist for the level II, they said they could not do one in that particular room 
It depends on your doctor and what machine they use.....

I asked twice. During my level 2 the sono tech at MAdonna, said Sorry I cant do it for you.
Then at my fetal echo, they didnt even ask me, after they did the echo, they did some 3d for us to get some face shots.
It hink it depends there on the tech you get.

It depends on your doctor and what machine they use.....
Yes, it depends upon the office and the machine.
My doc has ultrascreen machines in house but according to one tech, one machine is better than another for 4D and some machines don't have 4D capability. I guess the one that does is newer.
If you get along well with the tech, maybe you could ask to be scheduled for the room with the new machine next time?
